Refund and Exchange Policy

At Vogue Vanity, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering 100% authentic and quality makeup products. Due to the nature of our items (personal care and cosmetics), we maintain a strict but fair returns and exchange policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and transparency for all customers.

Exchange Policy – 24 Hours Notice Required

To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product does not meet your requirements or specifications

Additionally, the product must be sent back to us within 24 hours for the exchange to be processed.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof to verify the claim
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of shade/texture after use
  • Items that have been used, tested, swatched, or without original packaging
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance

Please ensure you meet the 24-hour notification and return timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.

No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with cosmetics, we do not offer cash refunds or return for buyer’s remorse or used items.

However, in the case of:

  • Receiving a defective or damaged product with valid proof
  • Receiving the wrong item

We will offer one of the following options:

  • Free exchange of the same product
  • Store credit/voucher valid for 60 days
  • Refund to original payment method (only if item is out of stock and exchange not possible)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Report an Issue

Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Order number
  • Clear pictures of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for all claims)
  • Description of the issue

Step 2: Wait for verification

Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Step 3: Return shipping (if approved)

You may be required to return the product to our office or designated courier point. If the mistake was on our end (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Returns should only be sent after receiving confirmation from our team. Return address details will be provided via email upon approval of the exchange request.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded
  • Sale items, discounted bundles, or promotional products are not eligible for exchange unless damaged
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (unused, unopened, and sealed)
  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if we suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse of our return policy
